Kirkland Advises STX Beef on Acquisition of Kane Beef

Kirkland & Ellis represented STX Beef Company, an affiliate of Houston-based JDH Capital, in its acquisition of Kane Beef Processing. The sale places all current assets of Kane Beef under the control of STX Beef.

The team includes corporate partners Jhett Nelson and Shubi Arora and associates Joshua Abbotoy and Zachary Montgomery, debt finance partner William Bos and associate Shan Khan, restructuring partners Josh Sussberg and Ryan Blaine Bennett and associate Francis Petrie, and litigation partner Anna Rotman.
