Kirkland & Ellis advised CorePower Yoga, the fastest growing and largest yoga fitness studio operator in the U.S., on its sale to TSG Consumer Partners. CorePower Yoga is a portfolio company of L Catterton, the largest and most global consumer-focused private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
