Kirkland Advises Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in Sale of Infiltrator Water Technologies to Advanced Drainage Systems

Kirkland & Ellis advised the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in its sale, along with other stockholders, of Infiltrator Water Technologies to Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. (NYSE: WMS) for a base purchase price of approximately $1.08 billion. Infiltrator Water Technologies is a leader in on-site septic wastewater treatment.
