Kirkland Represents TPV Technology in Privatization by China Electronics

Kirkland & Ellis is representing TPV Technology Limited ("TPV") (HKSE: 903, SGX: T18) in its proposed privatization by China Electronics Corporation by way of a scheme of arrangement and the withdrawal of listing of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Singapore Exchange. Kirkland has advised TPV in a number of significant transactions over the years, including its acquisition of the Philips television business in April 2012.
