Kirkland Counsels TerraForm Power’s Special Committee on Merger Agreement with Brookfield Renewable

Kirkland & Ellis represented the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of TerraForm Power, Inc., in connection with Brookfield Renewable Partners’ offer to acquire the 38 percent of TerraForm Power that Brookfield did not already own.
