Kirkland Advises IK Investment Partners on Closing of €2.85 Billion IK IX Fund
Kirkland & Ellis advised IK Investment Partners, a leading Pan-European private equity firm, which recently closed its ninth Mid-Cap fund, the IK IX Fund. The fund was closed at its hard cap with aggregate capital commitments of €2.85 billion. The fund will make control buyouts of growing and resilient middle market companies in IK’s core markets of the Nordics, the DACH region, France and the Benelux.
