Kirkland advised blank check company Horizon Acquisition Corporation in connection with its initial public offering of 50,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “HZAC.U” beginning August 21, 2020.
