Kirkland Advises Hg on £425 Million Financing of Hg Genesis 8 Portfolio

Kirkland advised Hg on an innovative £425 million bank-led financing of the portfolio of Hg Genesis 8, a 2017-vintage fund with £2.5 billion in commitments. The financing enabled Hg to create liquidity for investors in Hg Genesis 8 without the need to realise underlying fund investments.
