Kirkland Advises Nexus Capital Management on Closing of Third Private Equity Fund
Kirkland advised Nexus Capital Management LP, a leading middle market investment firm, in the closing of its third private equity fund, Nexus Special Situations III, L.P. at $1.25 billion of third party committed capital. Fund III investors include public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, foundations, insurance companies, corporate pension plans, asset managers and family offices globally.
The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partner Warren Goodworth and associates Nick Carreri, Alisha Patterson, Joshua Morgan and John Jameson. Investment funds associates Brigid Reardon, Syed Madani, Hank Goldberg, Rebecca Hart and Wes Gangi also provided support.
