Kirkland Advises GIC on Joint Venture with Melcombe Partners for European Urban Logistics Assets
Kirkland & Ellis is advising GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, on its establishment of a joint venture with Melcombe Partners to acquire and develop urban logistics properties in Europe.
The joint venture will acquire and develop last-mile distribution centres and urban logistics assets in countries across Europe, with a focus on the UK, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. Melcombe will source, operate and manage the assets.
