Kirkland Represents Ichor Holdings, Ltd. On First Primary Offering Since 2016 IPO

Kirkland advised Ichor Holdings, Ltd. on its primary offering of 4 million of its ordinary shares for net proceeds of approximately $122 million. Ichor is a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems and components for semiconductor capital equipment. The proceeds of the offering will allow Ichor to pursue potential acquisitions, growth opportunities and other strategic transactions. The offering priced on December 9, 2020, at $31.75 per share, and was upsized from the previously announced offering size of 3.5 million shares. Ichor currently trades on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “ICHR.”
