Kirkland Represents Kernel Group Holdings, Inc. on Pricing of Upsized $265 Million Initial Public Offering
Kirkland & Ellis advised Kernel Group Holdings, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company, on the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 26,500,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “KRNLU” beginning on February 3, 2021. The initial public offering is expected to close on February 5, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
