Kirkland Advises Arcline in Fundraising for Arcline Capital Partners II
Kirkland & Ellis represented Arcline Investment Management LP in the structuring and fundraising of its second flagship fund, Arcline Capital Partners II LP, with aggregate capital commitments of $2.75 billion. Fund II comes approximately two years after Arcline closed on capital commitments of $1.5 billion for its inaugural fund. Arcline’s global investor base is primarily comprised of institutional investors including university endowments, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, fund-of-funds, family offices and charitable foundations. The fund will enable Arcline to continue its flagship strategy of investing in industrial-focused middle-market opportunities predominantly located in North America.
