Kirkland Advises Waterfield Midstream on Sale of All Assets to Stonehill Environmental Partners

Kirkland & Ellis advised Waterfield Midstream LLC (Waterfield), a provider of water midstream infrastructure solutions in the Permian Basin, on the sale of all of its assets to Stonehill Environmental Partners, an energy infrastructure platform backed by Golden Gate Capital.
