Kirkland Represents American Securities on Partnership with SimonMed
Kirkland & Ellis advised American Securities LLC, a leading U.S. private equity firm, on its strategic partnership with SimonMed Imaging, one of the largest independent outpatient medical imaging providers and physician radiology practices in the United States, that includes an investment from American Securities to support the continued growth of SimonMed. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Michael Weisser and Payson Lyman and associate William Lay, debt finance partners Melissa Hutson and Brett Pallin, and tax partners Jared Rusman and Timothy Campany.
