Kirkland Represents Acosta on Acquisition of The CORE Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Acosta, a global integrated sales and marketing services company, on its acquisition of national foodservice sales agency The CORE Group (CORE), which closed on June 2, 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed.
