Kirkland Advises GHO Capital on Closing of GHO Capital III

Kirkland & Ellis advised GHO Capital on the recent closing of its third fund, GHO Capital III. The fund was significantly oversubscribed, closing at its hard cap within four months of entering the market, and with available commitments in excess of €2 billion, more than double the size of its 2019-vintage predecessor fund. The fund was also raised on a fully virtual basis.
