Kirkland Advises Arcosa in its Acquisition of Southwest Rock Products for $150 Million
Kirkland & Ellis advised Dallas-based Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) in its acquisition of Southwest Rock Products, LLC and affiliated entities for $150 million, subject to customary purchase adjustments. Southwest Rock Products is a leading Arizona pure-play aggregates producer, with five active sand and gravel locations and one hard rock quarry producing approximately five million annual tons of construction aggregates. The acquisition is a scaled entry for Arcosa’s aggregates platform into the Phoenix metro area and further advances Arcosa’s overall portfolio shift into construction products.
