Kirkland Represents CICC on China Resources Gas Take Private of Suchuang Gas

Kirkland & Ellis is advising China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (“CICC”), as financial adviser to China Resources Gas (Hong Kong) Investment Limited, on its proposed take private of Suchuang Gas Corporation Limited, (HKSE: 1430).
