Kirkland Advises Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on $2.5 Billion Sale of Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. to CDW Corporation
Kirkland & Ellis advised Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) on its sale of Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of secure, mission-critical technology-based solutions for approximately 3,900 large and mid-sized customers, to CDW Corporation (Nasdaq: CDW) (“CDW”) for $2.5 billion in cash. The transaction is subject to customary closing adjustments.
