Kirkland Represents Paycor on Successful $384M Common Stock Secondary Follow-On Offering
Kirkland advised Apax Partners portfolio company Paycor HCM, Inc. on its 12 million share secondary follow-on offering by Apax Partners and certain other selling stockholders. The offering priced on Oct. 15, 2021, at $32 per share, which represented virtually no discount to the stock’s trading price at the time of pricing. Kirkland also represented Apax Partners and Paycor with its IPO, which priced at $23 per share in July 2021. Paycor currently trades on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “PYCR.”
The team was led by capital markets partners Bob Hayward, Bob Goedert and Kevin Frank and associates Cot Eversole, Anna LeGrett, Kate Vandenberg and Caleb Pilukas.
