Kirkland Represents StorageMart on Acquisition of Manhattan Mini Storage

Kirkland & Ellis advised StorageMart, the largest privately-owned self-storage company in the world, on its acquisition of Manhattan Mini Storage, a leading self-storage and moving company based in New York City. The purchase of Manhattan Mini Storage includes the entirety of the company's 18 self-storage real estate locations throughout Manhattan.
