Kirkland Represents Voyager Innovations on $210 Million Fundraising Round
Kirkland & Ellis advised Voyager Innovations, the leading technology company in the Philippines behind the end-to-end money platform PayMaya and neobank Maya Bank, on the raising of $210 million in new funds.
New investor SIG Venture Capital, leads the investment round. Other participants in the fundraising include new investors EDBI and First Pacific Company Ltd. as well as Voyager’s existing shareholders PLDT Inc., KKR, Tencent, International Finance Corporation and IFC Asset Management Company.
The Kirkland team was led by transactional partners Daniel Dusek and Maurice Conway, with support from transactional associates Raymond Wong and Serene Lu.
