Kirkland Advises Arcosa in its Acquisition of Recycled Aggregate Materials Co.

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Dallas-based Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) in its acquisition of Recycled Aggregate Materials Company, Inc. (RAMCO) for $75 million. RAMCO is a leading recycled aggregate materials company, with four active locations in California. The acquisition further advances Arcosa’s overall portfolio shift into construction products.
