Kirkland Advises Mueller Water Products on Cooperation Agreement with Ancora Holdings

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Mueller Water Products (NYSE: MWA), a leading manufacturer and marketer of products and services used in the transmission, distribution and measurement of water in North America, on a cooperation agreement with Ancora Holdings. As part of the agreement, Mueller Water appointed two new independent directors and Ancora withdrew its slate of directors for Mueller Water’s 2023 annual shareholder meeting and agreed to certain standstill and voting commitments.
