Kirkland Represents Veritas Capital on Closing of Fund VIII at $10.65 Billion

Kirkland advised Veritas Capital, a leading technology and government investment firm, on the successful final close of its latest flagship fund, Veritas Capital Fund VIII (“Fund VIII”) with $10.65 billion of aggregate committed capital. Fund VIII was significantly oversubscribed, with demand exceeding its hard cap and initial target of $8.5 billion. Fund VIII received commitments from a combination of new and existing investors from across the globe, including leading institutions, endowments and foundations, family offices, and pension plans.
