Kirkland Advises Apax and its Portfolio Company EcoOnline on Acquisition of Alcumus’s Software Business

Kirkland & Ellis advised Apax and its portfolio company EcoOnline, a European environment, health and safety SaaS provider, on its acquisition of the software division of UK-headquartered Alcumus, a provider of risk management solutions, and the related minority co-investment in the enlarged EcoOnline group by Inflexion, a middle-market private equity firm.
