Kirkland & Ellis advised Silversmith Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, and Silversmith portfolio company Proven Optics, a practitioner-founded Financial Management software company, on the terms of a strategic investment in Proven Optics by ServiceNow. This adds to the majority growth investment Proven Optics received from Silversmith Capital Partners in December 2022.
