Kirkland & Ellis counseled Coastal Welding Supply, one of the most well-respected, high-quality producers and distributors of gases and welding supplies in the United States, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by American Welding & Gas (AWG), one of the nation’s largest independently owned producers and distributors of industrial, medical, beverage and specialty gases.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Thomas Laughlin and Tony Johnston and associate Caleb Martin.
