Kirkland Advises Infinidat on Acquisition by Lenovo

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Infinidat Ltd., a global provider of high-end enterprise storage solutions, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by a subsidiary of Lenovo Group Limited. With the strong storage solutions and research & development capabilities of Infinidat, the transaction will create strategic synergies with Lenovo’s infrastructure solutions business and enterprise storage capabilities. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
