Credit Funds Lawyer Susan Burkhardt Joins Kirkland & Ellis
Kirkland & Ellis announced today that Susan Burkhardt has joined the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group and will focus on credit funds.

Ms. Burkhardt was recognized by Legal 500 U.S. as a “Recommended Lawyer” in the Private Equity: Fund Formation and Management category. She joins Kirkland from Clifford Chance, where she was a partner. Prior to that, she held senior positions with both Blackstone Credit and Apollo. She earned degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Virginia School of Law.
