Kirkland Advises David Gandler on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Leyton Orient F.C.

Kirkland & Ellis is advising David Gandler, co-founder and CEO of fuboTV, on his acquisition of majority stake in Leyton Orient F.C. David will own 78.55% of the club with certain current shareholders remaining as minority shareholders, including Nigel Travis who will also remain chairman of the club.
