In this article for Pratt’s Energy Law Report Vol. 22-2, Kirkland partners Alex Farmer, Jennie Morawetz, Sara Orr and Ruth Knox discuss biodiversity loss and the risks it poses to the energy and infrastructure sector, as well as recent steps taken by policymakers, investors and lenders to push companies to assess and mitigate those risks.
