Overview

Todd provides strategic and tactical advice throughout all phases of the fundraising process. He has more than 20 years of institutional equity and research experience from working at both investment banking and broker/dealer firms, as well as fundraising experience, with a focus on alternative investments.

Todd was previously a Managing Director for Guggenheim Partners, as well as Head of Business Development for Guggenheim Investment Advisors. At Guggenheim, he oversaw the Distribution team, Marketing & Events team, Client Relationship Management team, and served as a Product Specialist for the Guggenheim Alternatives Platform which included 40–50 hedge fund managers and multiple fund-of-funds.

Todd is a member of Kirkland’s Private Investment & Family Office Practice Group, focusing on structuring traditional and alternative family office vehicles, management carry programs, key employee co-invest vehicles and cash management systems to support cash flow needs of families and their investment vehicles.
