The 12th Annual Technology & Law Seminar highlighted important intellectual property and technology developments and cutting-edge thinking about how to protect the company. Topics included: emerging issues arising from the importation of technology; the right and wrong way to handle cease and desist letters; the increase in legal issues relating to data privacy for consumers’ personal information; the possibility of significant changes to claims construction; and critical European Union issues in technology deals.  CLE credit was available.
