Kirkland Wins Two “Firm of the Year” Honors From Managing IP

Managing Intellectual Property named Kirkland “Appellate Firm of the Year” and “Trade Secrets Firm of the Year” at the 2025 Americas Awards. Three partners were also recognized in a variety of practice areas and regions:

• Dale Cendali – Practitioner of the Year (Copyright)
• Gregg LoCascio – Litigator of the Year (DC Metro)
• John O’Quinn – Practitioner of the Year (Appellate)

Additionally, Kirkland won “Impact Case of the Year” for our Federal Circuit win for Lenovo Group in litigation involving standard essential patents related to 5G technology.
