2017 Open Source Seminar

The 2017 Open Source Seminar will be held in Kirkland’s Chicago office on Wednesday, June 7.

Hosted by Kirkland partners Jeffery S. Norman, P.C. and Vladimir Khodosh, and featuring special guest Black Duck Software, the seminar will offer a refresher on open source concepts and explore:

• issues in various diligence contexts including M&A;

• data security issues raised by open source usage; and

• recent cases involving important open source questions, including distribution and liability topics.

Kirkland is an approved State Bar of California and State Bar of Texas CLE provider and an approved provider by the Illinois and New York MCLE boards. The program is pending approval for the following CLE credit:
