5th Annual IP & Competition Forum

The 5th Annual IP & Competition Forum will take place from February 6 – 7, 2020 at Cercle de Lorraine in Brussels. This year’s program, Building Bridges in Turbulent Markets, will address global FRAND licensing rates, determination of royalty rates, and recent case law in these areas. The Forum, presented by OxFirst Academy, will provide thought leadership and cover judicial and governance perspectives for the role that IP plays in economic growth and prosperity.

Partner Steven Baldwin and associate Rory Clarke will both be panelists at the Forum. Steven will present “Should FRAND Licensing Rates be Global?” and Rory will present “Essentiality Checks and Patent Validity.”
