Blockchain and Digital Assets 2022: Key Issues for the Digital Future

The Practising Law Institute (PLI) will host the program “Blockchain and Digital Assets 2022: Key Issues for the Digital Future” on December 14, 2022, in San Francisco, California.

The program will cover blockchain’s impact on the legal industry. Kirkland partner, Joshua Sussberg, will participate as a panelist in “The Great Crash: Crypto Bankruptcy” session. This session will provide an understanding of crypto company bankruptcies, using examples of current cases such as Celsius and Voyager, and an analysis of legal issues arising from these bankruptcies.
