PLI's Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2023: Current Developments
The Practising Law Institute (PLI) will host the program “Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2023: Current Developments” on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at PLI’s New York Conference Center in New York City.
The program focuses on issues and market trends within bankruptcies and restructurings, as well as the application of the law to address these factors. Kirkland partner Ciara Foster will participate as a panelist in the “Corporate Governance and Liability Management” session, which will cover the role and impact of independent directors, corporate governance and liability management transactions.
