The American Bankruptcy Institute hosted the “2023 Complex Financial Restructuring Program: The Battle of the Plans” on Monday, May 1, 2023, at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans.

This conference covered issues that can arise prior to filing for bankruptcy and bankruptcy case analysis. Kirkland partner Rachael Bentley participated as a panelist in the “Panel 1: Debtor’s Reorganization Plan” session, which highlighted the debtor counsel’s role in reorganization plans.
