The VALCON 2024 Conference
The American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors will host the VALCON 2024 on March 18–20, 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. The program will focus on recent updates regarding valuation in bankruptcy and other relevant topics.
Kirkland partner Patrick Nash will present for the Keynote Speaker Paul G. Vallas of The Vallas Group. The session will cover Paul’s current work and contributions to the turnaround industry. Partner Chad Husnick will join the panel session “Third-Party Releases: Is There a Fair Price to Pay? ” which will look at the role of and updates in valuing contributions in mass tort cases. Partner Nicole Greenblatt will join the panel session “Out-of-Court Liability Management Transactions/Lender-on-Lender Violence.”
