West LegalEdcenter will host an upcoming virtual presentation, “When the Feds Go Marching In: Revisiting the march-in provisions of the Bayh-Dole Act,” on March 18, 2024.
Kirkland partners Tasha Francis Gerasimow and Jeanna Wacker and associate Connor Donaldson will outline the legislative history of the Bayh-Dole Act, its objectives and the march-in provision within which the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) recently released draft guidance on. The presentation will also review the NIST’s proposal and the impact that the adoption of this proposal could have on the pharmaceutical industry.
