10th Annual Government Enforcement Institute

The University of Texas School of Law’s 10th Annual Government Enforcement Institute (UTGEI) will take place in Dallas, Texas on September 19–20, 2024. The conference will bring together leading enforcement practitioners, in-house counsel, compliance professionals, and top agency personnel from SEC, DOJ and more. 

Kirkland partner Sarah Mallett will speak on the panel “SEC Panel: Hot Topics and Recent Updates.” The panel will provide an update on the SEC’s recent enforcement efforts involving fraud investigations and related litigation.
