Abdulaziz Almoosa is a corporate associate in the Riyadh office of Kirkland & Ellis International Law Firm. His practice focuses on various areas of the law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, compliance and international trade.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Abdulaziz served as a legal counsel for a global oil and gas corporation where he assisted in establishing new entities and executing investments into new ventures. His role also included managing complex corporate and governance matters. Abdulaziz also worked as an associate at another major international law firm in New York, Washington, D.C., and Dubai, where he advised clients on several cross-border investments.
