Stephen Brecher is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises public and private companies in matters involving executive compensation and employee benefits, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. In addition, he advises clients in designing equity-based compensation plans and awards, and represents employers and executives in the negotiation and drafting of employment and separation agreements.
