Kirkland Counsels Arsenal and BayPine on Acquisition of POLYWOOD

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Arsenal Capital Partners and BayPine LP in their acquisition of Poly-Wood, LLC (POLYWOOD). The firms are purchasing POLYWOOD from affiliated investment funds of Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. POLYWOOD is a vertically integrated manufacturer of recycled, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outdoor living products. The transaction was announced on March 25, 2024.
