- Bain Capital Double Impact in its acquisition of a majority interest in a newly formed management service provider for Multi-Specialty Healthcare.
- Sycamore Partners in its acquisition of Azamara Club Cruises.
- Thoma Bravo and Autodata Solutions Group in Autodata’s merger with J.D. Power.
