• Blue Wolf on the acquisition of seven CDMO sites from Recipharm
• Gallant Capital on the acquisition of Fime and its combination with UL Solutions’ payments testing business
• Arctos on the partnership with and investment in Paris Saint-Germain
• Parts Europe on its €1.2 billion refinancing
• Searchlight Capital on the €307 million recapitalisation of Latécoère
• Clear Channel Outdoor on the sale of its French business to Equinox Industries
• SourceCode, a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Management LP, on its agreement to acquire a provider of high-performance server and storage solutions
• Thomas H. Lee Partners and Frazier Healthcare Partners on the sale of Adare Biome
