Teresa Carty is a corporate associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Teresa has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border private M&A, private equity transactions, as well as general portfolio company and corporate advisory work.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Teresa worked on the following representative matters, advising:

  • Macquarie Asset Management on its acquisition of the Beacon Hospital Group
  • Arrow Global Group and Eagle Street Partners on their acquisition of large Irish shopping centre
  • S2G Ventures, the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative, Morgan Stanley’s 1GT Fund and an affiliate of the Crown family’s CC Industries Inc. on their combined €115 million investment in XOCEAN
  • U.S. multinational investment bank and financial services company on its sale of Ireland's largest shopping complex
  • Trinity Biotech on its acquisition of Metabolomic Diagnostics
  • Modular Automation on its sale to Automated Industrial Robotics, backed by Ares Management
  • Fanatics Holdings on its acquisition of the U.S. operations of PointsBet
  • Vallen Distribution, a Nautic Partners portfolio company on its acquisition of Eastland Engineering Supply Co. from MML Growth Capital Partners
  • The BAADER Group on its majority investment in Emydex Technology
  • Reagecon Diagnostics on its sale to StoneCalibre portfolio company Calibre Scientific
  • Vertex Inc. on its $200 million acquisition of Taxamo
